I think I'm also going to try either dosing peroxide, or Ultra AlgaeX... anyone have experience with these?

The tank is too new to bother with this type of thing. There are a bunch of threads about peroxide on here. Most have tanks in a simililiar situation to yours, namely new. I wouldn't try introducing additional chemicals until I had exhausted other possibillities. Adjustments to the lighting are the most effective means of reduction in nearly every case. Slow down and change your strategy. This tank is just over a month old. Trying to reconcille this situation overnight may result in a total crash. Just my $0.02.

I have this issue also, foxface tends to eat it up. This happened when my PO4 above 0.1....
