did i get the right silicone?

in my haste at lowes i think i got the wrong silicon its

GE silicon I (grey and blue tube)
window & door
100% silicon rubber sealant
white color

i got this stuff before but it was clear....will the white color make a difference

i would return it. & get the clear. just to be safe.
