Did I just make a mistake?

So my red planet colony has not been doing very well lately and there were signs of aefw. I fragged a few healthy pieces to put in my frag tank and sure enough they were there in the bayer dip. After reading about people blasting them off with a baster, I did the same hoping my fish would eat them. Of course there were too many and some settled all over the tank.

Did I just infest the rest of my acros or did they most likely already have them?

Doesn't matter because where you go from here is the same. You will need to remove, dip, and inspect all your acros every 5 days or so for a couple weeks.

Was the coral just added? If not then I suspect that they could have been else where and if you want to be sure you get them all then yes
