Did I make a mistake

As the title States, did I make a mistake going with the 70w maxspect razor on my new Im nuvo 20? The tank is 24" wide and maxspect claims a 24" coverage, I get slight shadowing at the edges but most of my coral is toward the center. I love the sleek look of it hovering over the tank, the adjustability of color, and built in time settings. This is my first led and I came from t5's over a 20 long. It seems like my coral just do not like the led near as much as the t5 (won't fully open). I'm sure some if not all of it has to do with acclimating them to the new light but I'm not sure as to the best way to do so. I have the light set at 50w 70b for 6 hours (is this too much or too long) and rapidly ramps down. The light is on for a total of 14 hours or so but very dim for most of it. Any input would be greatly appreciated

You need to get a par reading. Hardest transition from t5 to led is that led can be much more powerful and direct than the overall spread t5 give. I have a radion over my 25g lagoon and my coral love it. Just need to dial your intensity in

I recently switched my biocube 14 from the power compact hood to a kessil a80 and it took almost a week for all the corals to stop looking depressed. My firefish still doesn't like the shimmer. I don't know how long you've had it on there but keep the intensity low for a while and bump it up slowly.

Has only been on for a week, I turned the intensity down last night to 45w 60b and considering going down even more

I would try turning it down for a bit. I have a bta at the bottom of my tank with the same fixture and my max setting is 35 white and 55 blue
