Did my Pink Tip eat my Clown?

Ok so I have a Haitian anemone in my tank. I added a couple of clowns a couple of weeks ago. I knew the anemone probably won't take to the clowns but last night I turned off the lights and went to bed, came down this morning and only 1 clown left. No sign of any remains anywhere, is it possible the anemone ate him? Do I need to get rid of him if I want clowns?

Condys are not natural hosts for any species of clownfish, although sometimes clowns will try to move in. It is quite possible your missing clown tried to move in and the nem ate him. IMO, I would get rid of the condy if you want clowns and get a BTA if you also want a hosting anemone.
