Did the Tricolor Wrasse eat my FIrefish?

Hey guys my purple firefish has been M.I.A for 2 days and was fine last i saw him. Now about five minutes ago I see my tricolor wrasse decide to eat my cleaner shrimp right in front of me! Is it possible he got to the purple firefish? The other fish in the tank are a clown and bangaii. It is a 29 gallon tank! This ****es me off! Not only that the wrasse ate the shrimp, but I do not know for sure what happend to the firefish. If the wrasse decided to take a bite out of my firefish im sure the nass snails would have ate the rest of it. Does this sound right? Well thanks!

If the firefish can fit in the wrasse's mouth, the chance is very high that he ate him. Is your wrasse that big?

Firefish are jumpers. Did you look for it all around the outside of you're tank?

I looked alll around the tank. The Firefish was definitely longer than the wrasse. The wrasse is maybe 2.5-3". The firefish was about 3". The cleaner shrimp was about the same size as the wrasse and the wrasse just had him hanging out of his mouth. I wonder what the hell happend.

Are you feeding the wrasse enough? Hopefully the firefish is just in hidding.
