I got a orange mushroom frag yesterday.by time I got it home and in my tank,I notice awhile latter there was and still is this morning a black ring around the head of it I never had one do this before.anyone with any ideals why it may have done this for?

is it brown slime, or actual black?
if it is slime you can gently take a pipette and suction it away from the frag. If you leave it a bacterial infection may set in and kill the polyp. If it is brown slime keep removing it and gently agitate the polyp to release any that might be underneath.

I can't pass this up. A guy goes to the bar and gets really drunk,the next morning he wakes up and while going to the bathroom he notices 2 rings on his privates,a red one near the top and a brown one at the base.He goes to the doctor and he takes one look and says I have good news and bad news. The good news is the top ring is lipstick,but the bad news is the bottom one is copenhagen hahaha:eek2:
