can someone help me?

yesterday, my bta was walking around and it attached itself over my new feather duster that i had just put in the tank.
and so i tried to separate them, which i finaly did.
i separated them with my hands.
but i guess i should have just left them alone cuz when i got home today from school,
and little section of my anemone looks all dead.
its all white and black and dead.
will my whole nem die?
what should i do??

Is it a section of the foot, oral disc, or tentacles that looks "white and black and dead"?
A close up picture of the area of damage would help us to make a recommendation, otherwise we're really shooting in the dark.

damage to the foot is very common when moving a nem manually

not sure on the fatality rate after that, but pretty sure it's high
keep an eye on him

it was a whole section from tentacle to foot.
tentacles are comeing off too :/

the rest looks okay, but i dont know about this...

I think he will make it.

On monday I took my beautiful rose bubble tip anemone out of my display tank and cut it straight in half. Now I have 2 healthy looking nems.

Best of luck.
