I have frozen mysis I am feeding My clowns currently. I want to spoil these cute little guys rotten. What is the most ideal mixed diet for them? Which brands are best? Frozen?

Spoiled rotten?

Nature's brand then. Live blackworms, live gut-loaded brine shrimp, fresh-shucked clams, live pods.

Not so spoiled: Rod's Food, Prime Reef Flakes, frozen mysis or brine for treats. Whatever else gets into the tank (coral food) and pods they can catch.

Mine are a breeding pair and I feed a rotation of Reef Frenzy, Rod's Food and NLS pellets. Sometimes flake food if I'm in a rush.

If you truly want to spoil them rotten then there is only one way: Live tigger pods.

Next best thing would be frozen Cyclops.

Mysis is good to fatten them and if you can only feed twice a day.

And don't forget to get them some algae.

Best is a mix of all those.
In the wild clowns are primarily feeding on plankton and whatever they can hunt down around their anemone. They will also graze algae.

Honestly, my true percula pair prefers NLS Marine formula pellets over expensive frozen foods. One clown is tank raised and the other one is wild caught. I give them Real Oceanic Eggs once in a while and the clowns love it too.
