I'm curious as to what are the difference other then the names of the Tunze Turbelle 6101 Series and the Tunze Turbelle 6100 series. Anything better about one or the other? Thank you in advance for your help.

The 6100 had a bulky transformer and a seperate driver box. The 6101 has the driver integrated into the motor and uses an electronic power supply. The 6101 has the advantage that it can be connected to a battery with safety connector 6105.50

Are they the same or near to each other in the GPH rating? Other then the Bulkdy Transformer and the Battery attachment capabilities would I look at the newer model over the older one?

You will be getting a wider range of flow with the 6101, 660 - 3170 GPH. Unless you can find a dealer with the 6100's still in stock or purchase a used one chances are your only option is the 6101, the 6100 has been discontinued.

Wartskin, thank you for the information. I currently have two 6100 that I am purchasing used from a member and I think those paired with my two 6060 will be just fine for my 150. If you disagree please let me know. Also can replacement parts for the 6100 be ordered still?

That should work. You will be able to put the 6100's on a multi-controller and alternate your flow patterns with the 6060's running constantly. It may be a little tricky getting your flow the way you want it with the 6060's running constantly but it can be done. You will still be able to get the replacement parts for the 6100's, alot of people haven't made the switch to the 6101's yet.
