Differences between Watchmen Gobies?

I am going to be getting my first goby, really my first sw fish soon. I see various types of watchmen gobies out there. My initial reaction was I liked the yellow watchman goby, but I see pink spotten, blue spotted etc. As far as care and compatibility are there great differences between them? What have been people's experiences with them?

My tank is a newly cycled 120g with 40g sump.

I currently have a large Bluespotted Watchman and he's been great. I originally bought he as a Yellow Watchman. He was yellow when I bought him. So, after I got him, he turned tanish-white with bright blue spots. After doing some research, I found out he was a Bluespotted. He just hangs out in his area and grabs food that floats buy. He really loves nori and will eat large pieces.

I had a Pinkspotted years ago, but pulled him out after having him for a few years. he was definitely more agressive. He would grab my hermits and some snails and take them back to his cave. They slowly started disapearing, so I asumed he was eatting them. Plus, he would move around the lower level of the tank and chase other fish away.

I would suggest the Bluespot or the Yellow Watman Gobies. Just my opinion.

I got the yellow watchman. Went to buy my first fish and they just happened to have a small one just over 1 inch long.
