Different Colored Clownfish

I was wondering if you could introduce two different colored clownfish (orange/white + black/white) into the tank at the same time and still be able to pair them? Will they not pair if they don't look alike?

Yes, an orange/white ocellaris and a black/white ocellaris would be fine together. Get them while they are small to ensure you end up with a male/female pair.

Either occs or percs or even one of each will pair up regardless of color.

Yes. There are a couple of us who have a black and orange pair.
