How many different sizes are you looking for? I think the Plankton culture manual from Florida Aqua Farms has that information listed in it. I can't remember 100% though. If I can remember, I will look when I get home.
I really don't know. I was watching a video of Jeff Macare and he dosed, I believe, 4 different sized phyto in his aquarium. phytochrome, phyto-gold, etc. I was wondering how to grow your own of each.
If you are looking for something out of the ordinary you might check with UTEX http://web.biosci.utexas.edu/utex/default.aspx -- lots of different types available but kind of expensive. I was looking to possibly get some Rhodomonas salina from them to try and culture ss-type rotifers down the road.

Yeah actually that was a brain fart. The algae I was thinking about but typed something different was Stichococcus. That algae proved useful growing smaller than normal ss type rotifers.
