different species of gobies in one tank

Hi there!
I've become rather fond of those cute little "sit fish" as we've been calling them and have a question. I know that on most all the descriptions of the fish, they say that a goby will fight another of it's own kind unless they are male/female pairs. What about having a black clown goby and a panda goby in the same tank? I currently have a small black clown goby and a high fin goby in the same 24 gallon tank. The high fin hides all the time so they do not bother each other. I am upgrading my tank to a 34 gallon and was considering getting another clown goby. Kinda wanted a panda but didn't know if they would eat each other. Also, how could you tell if you have a male black goby or a female? Just order one and hope for the best?
Anything you can share would be most helpful. The tank is a reef with lots of hidey-holes.
thx!

Clown gobies readily change sex as a function of their small size and strong site dependance. While, once they are a pair they will protect their territory from other pairs of clown gobies, the territories themselves are not overly large. I would not foresee a problem in adding another one.
