Diffrences Between Birdsnest

Last weekend i picked up two green birdsnest frags from the lfs, one of them looked like this with round ends ( the mother colony), I believe the owner of the store said this one was an ORA birdsnest

and the other one looks like this with pointy ends on the branches just green.

Is there any reason why these two corals are both named birdsnest but look completely diffrent?

hysterix is the pointy(sp) and caliendum is the blunt...again...spelling!! but they are both birdsnest

Thanks for the info, i was a little confused because they were both labeled as birdsnest but looked totally diffrent
