Well I was at step 4 when things went south. After page refreshed I did have Package version 1.1.1 but no Update Package button. Just Update Webpages. So I hit that. Now I cannot reconnect to Archon. I get the user/password prompt and enter each but it is not accepted.

Did you try the default password as well as the one you had? That file could have changed.

Ok yes power down got me connected again. Thanks. System page indicated Webpage update available. Hit it. Waited to refresh. Then waited another minute. Now I am back to not connecting. I will power down again and retry.

What versions are listed? It may just be that the page is from memory and has not updated. Try access in private mode before updating again.

How do you see the virtual outputs in the outputs tab? It appears that I have too many outputs and the virtual outputs are at the bottom of the screen. SHOW is active on the line at the bottom of the list outputs but nothing appears below that text. Thanks for the help.

Press show to show the virtual channels.

My upgrade was not completely successful and I could use some help.

I was upgrading to the latest and greatest as I was 1 version behind. I followed the steps in the word document (and used firefox) but I get on stuck on "step 6". Step 4 is "update Webpages", step 5 is 'once page returns, refresh", Step 6 states press 'update package' button... I steps were successful up until 6.

I never get the "Update Packages" button. It comes back as "Update Webpages". I've tried it multiple times and I never get 'update packages'. I've shutdown the system and pulled the drive, there are no errors. I'm not sure what to do next.

Here are the versions:
Software version is: 1.09.67.
Hardware version is: 1.08.10.
Package version is: 1.01.
Firmware is up to date

Thanks. I did try it multiple times. I also restarted in between too.

I tried your suggestion of doing it in private mode. that didn't seem to work either. However, I just did it in Chrome and it appears to have worked! I now have the setup tab and the versions show as following:

Software version is: 1.09.68.
Hardware version is: 1.08.10.
Package version is: 2.00.03.
Firmware is up to date.

That stinks. I was still able to access everything correctly. I just tried it in Chrome and it finally worked for me. Maybe give that a try.

Looks like you are good to go. From now on the updates will be done differently. This should make sure all files needed are downloaded.
