Digital Power Bars

I know that up to 4 of the 6-outlet digital powerbars can be connected to a Profilux.

I also know that an infinite number of the newly released power bars can be connected.

If I already have 3 of the 6-outlet digital powerbars and wnated to get another 2 powerbars, could I add the newer powerbars to my 3 existing or would I have to upgrade my 3 existing powerbars as well.

Said another way, can you use a mix of current digital powerbars and the new digital powerbars and get a total of more than 4 powerbars or are you limited to 4 powerbars if any of them are of the current type?

On the pII, the maximum will be 24 if you are using 4x 6 plug Digital powerbar or 22 if you are using 1x 4 plug Analog Powerbar. Your limit is set by the number 24 and not the actual connections.

The new PAB powerbar has no limitations but will not be available for the PII, you would have to upgrade to the P3 to get that. Now if you are, you can have 3x 6 plug Digital powerbar connected to the S1-4 and conect 2x 6 plug PAB powerbar to the PAB.
