Dimmable Icecap 660 ballast

Why cant we use the Icecap 660 ballast with our profilux? The 660 ballast is fully dimmable with a 1-10 volt control but for some reason Icecap and GHL arent talking to get pin configurations so that we can use this.
Why not?
This ballast would be very useful to us whom want a dimmable T5 solution and its avalible and on the market. All we need is some kind of pin configuration from either Icecap or GHL but its not happening for some reason.

Because they will not respond to our communications simple as that.

Please contact them and ask them, we have no answer.

Ive been trying to get the answer but they just make stuff up. Im not really sure what there deal it.

Are you sure it's controlled with a 1-10v interface?

Yes I am
I have heard they will not dim T5's but I know they will dim VHO

I just put the Dimmable Ballast in for my T5's (from ProfiLux)

I may be able to help you with the setup
