Dimmable LEds vs. Non-Dimmable thoughts?

I am looking at a couple sets of LEDs for a 60 gallon cube 24x24x24. I am worried if i go non-dimmable (which is 100x3w) i might fry some softies, etc. in my tank vs dimmable (60x3w and i have to get two of these units, and are only manually dimmable). Any thoughts on this and which direction i should go?

IMO, dimmable is a must

my favorite part about my new led setup is the whites and blues are on seperate dimmable strings so i can mix them to get the color i want, it also made it easier to aclimate the tank to the new lights and when adding new corals to the tank.
