Dimmable T5 requirments?

I ordered 4 dimmable ballast from Cherry Corals to dim my 8 bulb 54w T5's. Other than the Profilux controller, what else do I need? Which interface to go between the controller and the ballast?

you will also need some EVG-AP-2F Dimmable interface.

One per every two ballast, correct?

yes, you can run two out of the one card.

I think there is two models of cards, one for 1 ballast and one for two ballast.
