Dino? Cyno? Algea? ID needed pls

Hi,

I found this greenish/brownish soft clumbs growing all over my tank - Just after my Halimaidi Algea crashed.

It is very soft and nreaks apart as soon as you touch it. Any idea what it is?

Kind of looks like it could be sponges

couldn't find any similar looking sponges. these things desintigrate on a firm touch.
