Dino Identification

Is this the dreaded Dino's? If so I have read to lower feeding,blackout and raise PH. Change Carbon, and GFO aggressivly. Is this still the suggested actions?

No, that's not dinoflagellates, aka brown snot algae. It literally looks like long slimy, snotty brown strands. Not sure what you have there.
 
Sorry to shamelessly bump this but I really would like some more opinions. I can get more pics if needed. Does everyone feel this is not dinoflagellates. I do have bubles and this stuff seems to be everywhere. I have cut back feeding and am run gfo and carbon aggressivly, as well as chaning my filtersocks daily. Any other suggestions?
