I am just getting into sps. With the various pests around, should I iodine dio and flush all new corals? I use kent reef dip.

Quarantine.
In the case of AEFW's and Monti Nudis - there is no dip that kills the eggs. And it seems from my experience that they often leave eggs in small cracks, hard to reach/see places.
IMO, quarantine is the best method - nevermind that if you would have some pest, you'd need that QT for treatment.
