dip question

in the zoa dip described above ( http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=451720 )
can any brand iodine be used as i have kent. also the dips is fresh water?

I feel kent brand iodine will surfice and yes use RO fresh water and make sure your pH is at tank pH and temp is also close. Float bags in water first to temp the place in dip

As long as it is Kent Marine Lugols Iodine.

did a dip today. 5 mins than i did the twist suggested in the sticky thread. polyps opened back up after about an hour.

great job!!! keep us updated with the progress. Any reason why you are dipping your zoa's? Are they new to the tank or are you fighting and infection?
