I have diped my clam 3 times in tha last three months for PM and sysptoms keep comming back, what more can I do?

fw dipping can be very stressful on a clam

are you sure its PM? please post pictures of it; often people think they have PM when it's not.

what are your paramters in the tank? alk, pH, etc.

are you running GFO on the tank?
