direction of flow?

Hi

I'm thinking of buying a tunze stream for my 90 (UK) gallon tank as i'm fed up with microbubbles from my Aquaclear 802. Do streams have to point perpendicular to the surface they are attached to or can you swivel them like powerheads?

They have to be parallel to the suface. You can swivel them left and right but not up and down.

How far under the water surface do they need to be??? My tank is 72x36x25" tall.

For a 6060 or 6000 about 4" for a 6080 or 6100 or 6200 about 6"
