Disappointed with my Radion

Have you tried connecting the light to your computer and resetting the program all together? It's weird that you have replaced both the light and the power supply and it is still not working.

+1 My radions didn't work out of the box as I expected them to. I had to hook them up to a PC to get them to turn on.

Yes, of course. I've spent time on the phone with customer support. They are pretty sure that I have received 2 bad lights.

Sorry to hear that No offense intended with the computer comment. I sold my radions and the buyer didn't have them light up immediately until they were plugged into the computer so I got a frantic phone call. I hope you get your situation resolved quickly.

any LFS around you carrying this ? take your light there, change things one at a time and figure out whats the Issue was ...

Yesterday, Ecotech sent me an entirely new fixture and power supply. They FedExed it overnight for Saturday delivery by noon. It must have cost an aweful lot of money to do this. The new fixture is up and running nicely. Thanks, Ecotech.
