Here are the ones I had - you can see the "bumps".
For what it's worth, the few times I've seen flatworms appear in the tank I've put in double the recommendation of FWE with no carbon or water change and I haven't had any problems.
I think the big worry is when you first try and treat a large infestation that you have to worry about the toxins. After that, I've found minimal risk.
