Disease ID Please

Not sure if this sick on my Mimic or not? It looks more like lymphosystis but its on the side of his body not fins ? its not like the typical spherical ick spots ? they are whitish in color but not sure? Help me out please

Looks like he got against an anemone or coral and got stung (with tentacle ends still sticking to him)

Otherwise it wouldn't really fit a disease with this very specific pattern.
Is it only on one side or both?

The side photographed is the worst side but he does have maybe 5 to 10 of them other side as well
