I have a fish that looks like to me has ich. Because he has pinhole size bubbles attached to his body and fins not all over and i just noticed it yesterday. I dont not have a quarintine tank set up but i have a 5 gallon pale. So from what I have read I would like to try the fresh water baths or the hypo salinity treatment I am a little confused if there is a difference between the two and what should the salinity be for the bath. Any help would be awsome

I wouldn't remove him. I would try to get a pic.

FW dip is not for ich.

Hypo is but takes 2 months and I doubt could be pulled off successfully in a 5 gallon bucket
