+1 two is prob not gonna cut it
Also, how big is your tank? In order to see actual “schooling” behavior you really need a huge tank and a huge group. Fish naturally school mostly to evade predators and they school over a very large area.
With anthias I’d say add at least 5 more to curb aggression if your tank is big eneough

Like pointed out, two fish is not a school.
Also anthias do not really school in the wild, that is a misconception. They have a highly hierarchical harem structure but it is not a school, or organized like a school. If a schooling fish like sardines gets spooked, they rush towards each other. If you spook anthias, they all swim towards different direction.
