Hi all Tunze users.:bounce1:

My display tank is 115g, so do I go for two 6105 or two 6055. If 6105 is that not too much flow. Could I go with one of each?

Do I need a wavebox, if so which one, also are the pumps or wavebox noisy? I am going for the 7096 controler.

Thanks for your valued input.

Can you give me more info inhabitants and tank dimensions?

The pumps are not noisy the 6055 is of course quieter as is smaller, the wavebox will be noisier as you get a wave, sloshing and the pump does click a little when turned off and on.

Hi, it's a 1.2m (L) x 0.58m (water height) x 0.6m (Wide).

The overflow is a coast-to-coast at back of tank and runs the full lenth of the tank, at a height of 0.58m.

On the fish side i don't have a list but my clowns, blenny, fire shrimp, gobby and 2 hermit crabs will move in after the cycle.

Will have predomnently soft coral, LPS and mayby a very few SPS, but SPS is not the focus.

Does Tunze also do a return pump as the one in my sump is vibrating and i don't like it, i need about a 3000l.

I have saved some pics to my gallary for additional info.

Thanks.

You could use a nano wavebox and 2 6055, the wave may be shorter due to the coast to coast overflow.

The 1073.040 would be a good comparable return pump.

Without the wavebox, you may end up needing a 3rd 6055 to get enough flow to all areas.
