well in my case I had free shipping but I added $10 for priority overnight .. So I got the $10 I paid plus the 129.99 for the coral frag. You know they did not even ask me to send them a pic of the dead coral. I'll bet they get ripped off allot.

ok, so your order was > $225 to get the free shipping right? or did you get free shipping for the 129.99 order?
I'm sure they'll know if same person keep asking for refund.
they are counting on customers buying from them again, as I am sure you will.

Well I orderd the acan and a blasto and my total order was $305 so I got the free ship.

I do find the prices a little steep at times but there customer service really makes up for it.

It stinks loosing a coral like that. I lost one this winter the water in the bag was 50 degrees. It was stripped to the skeleton overnight . I was very upset.

If you try another acan, maybe you can get an inexpensive single polyp locally to experiment.


If it did not die from the stress of shipping I would guess that your alk might be off.
Have you tested that?
