I have placed several recent orders from the Diver's Den section of your website. The fish have been nothing short of exquisite. Packaging, customer service, etc. all top notch. The single frustration I have is the inability to add additional items to an order prior to shipment. By the very nature of the Diver's Den you are continually adding specimens. As a result, I am continually wanting to add items to my order. It would be a big plus if you could tweak your process to allow the customer to add items the evening prior to a shipment. You added something today that I have been waiting some time for and I called and tried to add it to no avail. It is undoubtedly easier to have an earlier cut-off but it seems the incremental sales (not to mention increased customer satisfaction) may make this worth consideration.
