Divers Den Question

First of all, I am a very happy customer. Every contact with your company has been wonderful. A quick question on Diver's Den. Why is it that fish must be shipped so quickly? I can understand payment required quickly but why shipping? Thanks!!

Thank you for your post and kind complement. We ask that Divers' Den items be shipped within 48 hours to ensure equal opportunity to all our customers. If a customer is unable to receive shipment of the item promptly, it is only fair to others who would be able to receive it to give them the opportunity to do so. The other reason we ask for a limited hold time is we have a limited amount of space for holding pending orders. It is important that once an animal is ready for sale, we ship it as soon as possible to make room for newly acquired specimens that must be acclimated and quarantined. We hope this information answers your questions.
