- Sep 26 - Sunday Boat Dives 1-4pm
Thank you for the inquiry regarding Advanced Open Water (AOW) course. FMAS has received a strong interest in conducting this course. The AOW for FMAS members is being offered for $320.00 with rental tanks included and three boat trips for a total of six dives.
Divers are responsible for their own individual needs, such as Special Equipment Required for this course. Some items have been identified as {Recommended} are not necessary to purchase immediately. Other items have been given special Discounts%, such as scuba equipment rental. The Enriched Air Nitrox (EANx) course is $100.00 for FMAS members, and will be combined with the AOW. However EANx will be held one day prior to AOW. This includes the following:
The ADVANCED Open Water Diver course is at minimum a 2 day class which is an important step in expanding the Diver knowledge and experience. Advanced Certification dives are credited to the Specialty Course(s). Divers completing (5) Specialty Courses achieve the title MASTER SCUBA DIVER. This performance-based course will involve classroom presentations, beach and boat skill development followed by five (5) ocean training and experience dives.
Upon successful completion of the course, the student is certified as an ADVANCED OPEN WATER DIVER and qualifies for further training into the Specialty Courses available.
You'll have the option of completing Boat Trips for your Ocean Dives!
Total Clock Hours is Based on Elected Specialty Courses
