Wow how big was that trigger?

The Titan was about 20 to 24 inches. It was funny, the divemaster wrote on his board "Caution! Trigger might bite"... about 3 seconds later he was attacking my boyfriend...

Anyways, here are some more pictures of the famous "Cod Hole"

Beautiful!!

We're going next month and i can't wait. What kind of camera were you using? Did you shoot with a filter? The colors are amazing.

No fancy cameras, lol. I used my trusty Canon D10 when we where shallow as it only goes to 33 feet. I did stretch it to 45 feet on a few occasions. The deeper ones where shot with my boyfriends G9

Incredible shots. Must have been an experience of a lifetime! I definately want to dive the GBR someday.

In terms of your camera, I'm assuming you were shooting without a strobe? What case do you use?

I've been using my uncle's Sea&Sea camera for dive trips down in the Carib and Keys. But I'm planning to get my own before my next trip down to the Keys in a few months. I'm a Canon fanboy (use a Canon DSLR for my land-based shooting), so I've been checking out their P&S lineup. Cases for the DSLR are more than I'm willing to spend at this point. How do you like the G9?

Thanks!
The G9 in the Canon case flooded twice during the trip and has since died :( We are looking for another one now, need one before we go down to Curacao next month.

The derasa is huge. Great photos. Scares me to see how big the haddoni can get when we want to keep them in our reef tanks.
