Here is what I will be using in my new 300gal. for the overflows. The drain bulkheads are 1.5" and I didnt want to go with any of the store bought 1" kits. I am using 1.25" pvc for clearance in the overflow box. This is an adjustable stand pipe but can easily be made non adjustable by removing the slip fit repair section. Here are some pics.
