resurrecting the thread!

In setups where you are using a pump to feed the RO water (I cant use my RO filter since its kind of a ways away : ) ) are ya'll putting any check valves to keep the water from back siphoning? or is the water being fed at all times and just dripped into the sump with the help of a ball valve?

That's how mine works, the water is being fed at all times. I don't use a check valve.

Thats definitely a different idea... seems neat though...
