DIY LED light wiring/dimming help needed.

Let me start by saying that this forum is a true wealth of information and I have read "The New User Guide" several times before posting this question, but I'm stumped and need some help. I have four ELN-60-48D drivers hooked up to the neptune dimming cables (Pin #1/5 to Dim+ and Pin#2/6 to Dim-) for all of my drivers. I am getting a signal and had adjusted the current for all drivers, made the profiles for dimming and activated the appropriate EB8 outlets as well. My issue seems a little more "interesting" and I can't figure out what I did wrong.

I have both RB drives hooked up to the V1/V2 port and when I plugged them into the base unit, they fire up as normal; however, when I plug in the white cord into the V3/V4 port, some of the blues go out and a few whites as well. If I then unplug the white cord, ALL lights come on and the whites slowly dim until they go out. The same happens if I plugged the whites in first and the blues in second. Whichever port is used first, the second one creates a few outtages in the remaining LED strand, but they all come on and slowly ramp down once unplugged.

Has anyone experience this before or can start to lead me in the right direction? I have verified all connections, currents and voltages, but I'm obviously missing or overlooking something in the process. Thanks for all your help on these forums.
