DIY mini ghost style overflow.

One of the local members recently asked me to build him a sump. He then said he wanted to go with a glass holes overflow. After some discussion we landed on a diy style ghost overflow. Still need to drill the box and install the bulkheads before I can bond the front face but, it's coming out really nice.

I have one reservation: have you considered the height difference between the boxes that may be necessary to keep the water line hidden above the tank trim while allowing the outer box to mount correctly?

Other than that, it looks very nice!

Thanks everyone. I can't take full credit, I didn't cut the acrylic, the pieces were all laser cut, I just assembled it. I can't remember the dimensions of the top of my head.

No he ordered the acrylic online. Price was $70 shipped, so it was a really good deal.

This thing is hard to take good pics of, but, its all done. Just need to give it a good clean to get the final shavings out and all my fingerprints off. It came out. . . .
