diy stand question

So I built this stand for my 40 gallon tank, I just wanted opinions if you guys think this will hold up the 40 well.

basically just used a bunch of 2x4's, only thing I'm concerned about is if it doesn't have enough support

That is plenty of support for a 40g. A 3/4" plywood stand would have held that tank no problem. Just make sure the stand is level and supporting the rim all the way around.

Yeah, nothing to worry about that looks very solid should not be a problem with a 40 at all.

Damn, looks like it might be on hold for a while... you guys think this is okay? Or do I need to put a piece of plywood over the stand?
