I am in the process of setting up a new 180 gallon thank and looking for a new sump. I have alot of acrylic left over from the place I work but do not trust my self to bond the pieces together. I can get the piece cut at work to exact size of whatever i need them at.
One issue, i don't know where to start on how to design this sump. I need it house a skimmer (Reef Octo 3000), a refugium, my probes for RKE, dosing lines, my heaters and also something to hold 2 filter bags. I also need to install bulk heads for returns and water change and something to run two reactors.
I don't know where to start of drawing this up and I am looking for something to draw it up on CAD or illustrator so i can cut the pieces on are CNC router and then i would need someone to bond them.
The sump can not be bigger than 48" x 18" x 30". If i need to make it bigger to fit what i need than i can move things around under my stand.
If someone knows anyone that can do this or a company that is willing to do it that would be great. Like i said i have the acrylic and i can cut the acrylic but i don't know how to design the sump.
I have 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch acrylic at 48x96 sheets.
I can even send the sheets to a company if need to be.
