Hey guys I need help I just upgrade my 20 gallons long to a 40 breaded and I want to make my 20L a sump anyone have plans or designs I am looking for something that tells me Measurement of baffles and spaces in between have seen a lot of YouTube video but non tell u measurement thanks for all your help

Measurements depend on application. Build the first compartment to suit your skimmer (enough room that it fits) and make the baffle the height the skimmer needs (5-8" depending?). If you have room for a taller baffle the skimmer can go on a stand.

You can look at other ideas like adding filter socks or reactors or heaters etc and plan accordingly.
