DIY Tank (Dialup beware), Step by Step

I'm attempting to read through the archives and am unable to view any of the pictures. It asks me to log in. When I do it says I am not a member. Any ideas?

Great thread and lots of good information in here! I have ben doing simple glass tank conversions with baffles, combing and building overflow boxes for several years on and off. I built 1 small sump about a year ago but it wasn't anything to write home about. I'm just about done with my first very large sump build and have learned a lot doing it but I have 1 big question about the excess glue joints.

How do you clean up the inside joints when too much solvent is applied? I watch Tanked frequently just so I can marvel at their process (yes the show sucks on many levels). The do their own mix and pour it out of cup for 1"+ pieces. You can see it goo out. How is this cleaned up inside the tank? The outside easy with a router, but the inside seams are impossible to scrap or sand out. Any tips?
