DIY VHO question

I am looking to use 2x18" VHO actinics on my tank (30w each).
Can the Fulham Workhorse 5 ballast power them?
I know people use Workhorse 7 for T5HO and VHO, and I'm pretty sure you can use a Workhorse 5.

Anyone do this and have pictures/diagrams?
Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

I have 2 18" vho's, but just got a 2x30w transformer from Home Depot. I think it was $22. Model # REL2S40SC by Advance.

To my knowledge, a transformer and a ballast are the same thing, at least when talking about fluorescent lighting.
