... I guess not. I already built the controller, the only thing missing is the 0.47uF cap, which I hope to get sometime next week. I'm also waiting for the pump, the acrylic box is already done too. I'll post if it works!

what kind of 555 timer IC did you order?
i can only find 555 timer for 16V and not 50V.

Does anyone know the exact diameter of the hole for the 6100 output? I don't have the pump yet, but I want to have everything ready for when it gets here.

My controller is done and it works beautifully (to my surprise)! My acrylic box is also done and is just drying up overnight. With a little luck I'll post a video tomorrow of my new wavebox in action! Special thanks to aries70 and Brian T. for their help and support.

How are you securing the powerhead inside the box? Does it just sit there or?

If you look closely in my video posted in the link a couple of comments up, you can see I had to use a pvc fitting to keep the pump in place.

UPDATE 2/28/09

Breaking News:
Youtube yanked the wavebox video out because of the RHCP song (Booo!!!) They forced me to select another song.. they provided some "royalty-free" songs to replace the Hey-Oh that I have in there. I looked and looked but nothing seemed to match the uptempo beat of the Hey-Oh. If it wasn't for the comments, I would have yanked the video out already and replaced it with a new one.

Luckily I was able to choose another song.. I don't know who made it but it's definitely replacing RHCP's Hey-Oh. Oh well... the video is back up.

Sorry to all the people who PMed me.. I've been gone for a while. I just cleared my PM box.
