Yes. All Gobies can and will jump... At least that's the approach i would take. I used to work in LFS many years ago. All aquariums had hinged glass lids that left a small gap in the back. Nearly every type of fish at one time or another took a leap of faith from the usual suspects of eels, wrasses and gobies to the less predictable jumpers like angels and tangs. Even after seeing this with my own eyes, my home aquarium didn't have a perfect top and my female percula jumped out after about 3 years and a flame hawk after 2 years. A little late to make a long story short but just play it safe.
