Do Anemones and Sps mix?

Is it a good idea to introduce an anemone into a future SPS tank?

Right now I have about six frags of Sps (montis and acros), a few Zoas, couple ricordias, three Acans, torch coral and hammer head coral in a 65 Gal tall tank.

I think the decision is up to you. I personally love bubble tips and carpets. I have both in my tank. some bubble tips split often and the clones travel around, killing corals. those are the bad days... other days the carpet catches and eats a fish... but beside those days, they are amazing!

It depends on the anemone, but if you get something like an RBTA and it goes for a walk you can kiss any SPS in its path goodbye.

I've had an RBTA in my tank for the past 8 months, *knock on wood* hasn't moved from his spot. Took him about 2 weeks to find his spot. Lucky though all my corals were fresh frags so everything was small and nothing got in its warpath. Once he finds his spot feed him about every 3-4 days a real small piece of krill and he should associate the spot as a good spot to stay in due to plentiful food. But this is just an assumption as I've had good success/luck with mine not wanting to move. I do fear that day, not gonna lie.

I keep a pair of magnifica clones in a tank that has a lot of SPS corals (one acro is over three feet across). The anemones take up a huge chunk of the tank but they haven't moved for years.
