DO cleaner wrasse and mandarin get ick?

i caught all of the 10 remaining tangs using a homemade eggcrate trap that i made. tomorrow i will start patching up the holes on my 70 gallon tall tank and make it my new hospital tank because the 200 gallon bin occupied too much on my formal dining room and also I will use my frag tank as a hospital tank for the clownfish, chromis , sixline wrasse,lawnmower blenny and should i even try to catch the cleaner wrasse? or should i leave the cleaner wrasse on the tank ?
i heard that the mandarin gobies and cleaner wrasse do not get ick by any chance is that true? can i leave the the cleaner wrasse and buy a mandarin gobies to have at least 2 fish on the tank for 4 weeks?
IF NOT MT TANK WILL BE FISHLESS TO A MONTH!

PS i am treating my all of fish with small dose of copper and slowly increase it to desire level

No you have to take them ALL out...If it were me I would find a new home for the mandarine.,,They do bad in QT especially for your 10 week, not 4, fallow period.
